Before I built automation systems, I ran operations and businesses — across many industries, 20+ years of it.

I've started companies from zero, fixed broken departments, run a JV with a global consultancy, and co-invented a patented technology. I'm a business and ops guy who taught himself the no-code/low-code and AI tool sets and philosophy.

I know how to select and leverage the relevant tech to solve your issues. I don't approach your business as a coder looking for an API to call but as someone who's actually run the kind of operation you're running; who understands the real-world pressure of budgets, deadlines, change-management, project-risk and stakeholders.

I think in systems and I work in micro-projects, so you get speed to value fast. Typically days, definitely not months.

AI is powerful, but only when it's relevant. I'm not interested in bolting it onto everything for the sake of it. When I do use it, I harness it to clearly defined work, where it earns its place.
